How can sleep help phobias?

Automysophobia, cymru, ekistics, ethology, aundrea danity kane, dawn danity kaneand, and about a million more phobias seem to blight our lives.

Take just the first one
automysophobia, its a fear of being dirty and symptoms are rather dramatic, your thoughts overwhelm you, you have constant feelings of dread and rapid heartbeat. And that's just the first phobia on the list.

I do wonder how many phobias are caused by our lifestyle, if like me you go to bed after midnight and are up again as the sun rises, is it any wonder we get neurotic?

Me, I'm lucky I don't seem to have any phobias but if I did would they be reduced by sleeping a little longer or am I being a bit dumb, what do you think?
